American, fourth quarter 19th century. Large American Brilliant Period cut glass table lamp having a mushroom shaped shade heavily cut with daisy and button, cross hatching and stars, the gilt metal circulet resting on three arms centered by a single light and hung with prisms, the baluster shaped body and circular foot similarly decorated and mounted to the fluted collar. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 26", diameter of base 10".
