Important painted bucket by Joseph Lehn, Elizabethtown Township, Lancaster County, mid 19th c. , with overall vibrant salmon and orange graining, thie iron bands with typical trailing vine design, 8 1/4" h., 10 1/2" w. The exceptional condition of the paint decoration makes this one of the finest examples of Mr. Lehn's work. Provenance: James Glazer, 1978.
