A fine and rare brass and Lucite desk clock representing a Viking ship To be sold without reserve Brass, rectangular resting on a base held by three concentric globes, dark brown lucite back panel held by 6 screws. Silver in the shape of a sail, surmounting the hull of a Viking ship navigating through opaque glass representing the sea, applied brass star-shaped indexes. Brass hands. Cal. 201, rhodium-plated, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring. Movement signed, case numbered. Dim. 14.5 x 16.8 x 5.3 cm.
