The StrawberryUnsigned, Geneva, circa 1810. Very fine, 18 ct. gold and enamel pearl-set form watch designed as a strawberry. Two-body, the back of the fruit in red enamel with half pearls for seeds, green enamel on top for the leaves set with graduated half pearls, spring-loaded bezel, gold stem forms the pendant. Gold, champlevé Roman chapters, outer gold dot minute ring, engine-turned centre. Blued-steel Breguet hands. 22.1 mm o, gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain three-arm brass balance, continental cock, rack and pinion regulator with a silver plate.Dim. 39 x 26 mm.
