To be sold without reserve Four-body, “demi-bassine”, damascened bezel decorated with a repeated pattern, the damascened back with leaf stripes and repeat-pattern border, the center inlaid with a gold lion rampant and foliate cartouche with engraved initials “MJ”. Hinged silver cuvette. White enamel, three-piece, painted black Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, inner red 24-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel pear and double-feuille hands. 41 mm., 18’’’, frosted gilt, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold temperature adjustment screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed. Diam. 53 mm.
