Ls. Bergmiller fecit, No. 203, circa 1805. Fine and rare 18 ct. gold, quarter repeating watch constructed on the principals of the Garde-Temps, with date and month, thermometer and barometer. Four body Empire, with reeded band and engine-turned back. Gold cuvette. White enamel with small eccentric chapter ring with Roman numerals, symmetrical subsidiary seconds with inner month indication, small date aperture, sectors above for the thermometer and the barometer. Gold Breguet hands. GiIt brass full plate, with the barrel passing through the back plate, lateral lever escapement, two armed bimetallic compensation balance (later?), Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs by depressing the pendant, with visible repeating work set on the back plate. Signed on the dial and cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
