Richd Grove, London, 613, Hallmarked 1767 Fine and very rare silver pair-cased watch with 6-hour dial. Pair-cased, polished inner with initiais on back, plain polished outer with shaped hinge. White enamel, with black Roman 6.hour numerals with suprimposed white Arabic 7-12 hour numerals, outer minute ring calibrated for every two minutes with Arabic 10 minutes marks. Single blued-steel tulip hand. GiIt full-plate, square balluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement. Plain steel balance with flat spring, balance cock with elaborately pierced foot and table with griffen bird, silver dust-cap, signed on movement and dust cap. In very good condition. Diam 48 mm.
