Yver à Angoulème, circa 1720. Fine silver, small French Louis XIV oignon. Double body oignon, polished. Embossed white enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring (slightly chipped on the border). Steel poker and beetle hands. GiIt brass full plate with hexagonal baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement with plain steel three armed balance, fine silver cock, pierced and engraved with scrolls, dolphins and cornucopias. Signed on the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 52 mm.
