Ls. Audemars, Brassus, Swiss, circa 1875. Rare early 18 ct. gold hunting cased moon-phase astronomical keyless watch with perpetual calendar, in original mahogany fitted box, and with certificate. Four body massive, "bassine et filet" engine turned, the cover with an applied gold chased coat of arms below a Ducal crown. Gold cuvette engraved with specifications. White enamel with Roman and Arabic numerals,sunk subsidiary dials for week days, date and seconds with inner months and leap year cycle, moon - phase aperture and calendar. Gold "spade" hands.
