Thomas Roberts, 34 Strand Street, Liverpool, No. 5904, with London hallmarks for 1874. Fine 18 ct. gold watch with power reserve indication. Three body, massive, "pomme et filets", polished. Gold cuvette. White enamel with Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds and 30 hour Up/Down scale. Gold "fleurs de lys" hands. 19-, frosted and gilt, three quarter plate, fusee with chain and maintaining power, 17 jewels in screwed settings, English lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balances, blued steel balance spring with terminal curve. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 53 mm.
