Agéron à Paris, circa 1775. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel watch. Double body, Louis XVI, decorated with finely painted champleve enamelled flowers against an engraved ground (slightly restored). White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold Louis XV hands. Hinged gilt brass full plate with baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three arm-balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass Louis XVI continental cock with polished steel end-piece. Signed on the back plate. In good condition. Diam. 42 mm.
