M. S. Bronnikoff, Wjatka, Russia, circa 1870. Very rare and fine hunting cased watch entirely made of box-wood and bone, in original fitted box ( restored), with its original carved chain and key. Double body, entirely made of box-wood (slightly restored). Wooden with Arabic numerals on bone cartouches and subsidiary seconds. Box-wood hands. Entirely made of wood with bone screws, excluding the mainspring and the balance spring only, with going barrel, cylinder escapement, plain wood three-arm balance. Signed inside the back. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm. Notes Very good example of a watch hard to be found in such a good condition, specially still retaining the original wood fitted box, matching chain and key.
