Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 423205, case No. 265188, Ref. 4348, completed in December 1939. Extremely rare aluminium keyless dress watch. Three piece "demi-bassine" polished and satiné, the back engraved with a dadication dated 1942 by the Aluminium Company of Canada Ltd. Matt aluminium with applied aluminium Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Polished aluminium Breguet hands. Notes The total weight of this watch, including case, movement, dial, hands and the glass, is 20 trams. These watches were produced in very limited numbers, with even fewer examples being sold.
