Double body Louis XVI outer, the paste-set bezel chased with a laurel garland, the back with a painted enamel portrait of a young couple within a paste-set frame (some lacking), outer paste-set chased garlands against an amati ground. Double body, inner bassine, polished. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Paste-set Louis XVI hands. Hinged gilt brass full plate with baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain gilt brass three arm balance, flat balance spring, gilt brass English type cock and garnet end-stone. Signed on the dial and back plate. Diam. 37 mm. Notes Interessante orologio da tasca doppia cassa, in oro due colori 18K, smalto e pietre.
