Leon Ls. Gallet, Chaux-de-Fonds, Swiss, No. 14779, circa 1870. Fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting cased keyless independent seconds watch with 1/4 second " foudroyante". Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, with reeded band. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and seconds rings and sunk subsidiary "diablotine". Blued steel "Breguet" hands.
