Ls. George A Berlin, circa 1770. Interesting gold and enamel watch simulating hard stone. Two body, the bezel and back with panels of basalt black coloured enamel on copper with a thin applied gold overlay chased with roccoco scroll work and flowers. Gilt full plate with fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain 3-arm brass balance with flat spring and regulator. Continental cock with steel coqueret. Signed on the dial and movement. In good condition. Diam.46mm.
