Breguet No. 1599, sold to Mr. Lopez y Royo on 6th December 1927, for 8000 Francs. Fine 18 ct. white gold wandering-time keyless dress watch. Three piece, massive, "variee", satine with polished bezels, No. B 1599. Silver, the digital jumping hour aperture of the central revolving engine-turned disc, pointing the minute on the outer Arabic chapter ring. Notes Devised by R. Cart in Geneva, this type of wandering-hour watch was patented by Breguet circa 1925.
