Very fine and rare, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with olive shaped button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter, first development of a multifunctional chronograph with two operational buttons. polished, satined, central mobile lugs. white enamel with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer telemeter graduation, at the centre, spiral tachometric scale. " Breguet" blued steel hands. Notes The first chronograph with double push-buttons embodied a movement with two column wheels for the motion of the chronograph's levers.
