Italian, 20th century. Oil on wood board painting depicting a capriccio with classical architectural arcade by a stepped harbor with two boats bringing passengers to setting. Other small figures conversing, looking at architecture, art, and sculpture. Three small figures at top of architecture on right draping a large red cloth, likely a banner. Idealized Classical scene apparently unsigned. Framed 55" x 54". Unframed 48" x 47.25".
