Marguerite Kirmse (American, 1885-1954) Lot of Two Images: The Reception Committee and Train Time. Both signed "Marguerite Kirmse" in pencil l.r., titled in pencil l.l., and identified on labels from Carson Pirie Scott & Co., Chicago, on the reverse. Etchings on paper, plate sizes approximately 7 x 9 in. (17.7 x 22.5 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle toning and rippling, not examined out of frames. The toning and rippling are subtle. Given the discoloration of the mats, it is likely that there is some mat burn within the margins. Although they haves not been removed from their frames, there are no additional visible issues to report.
