Theodore Alexander Weber (German, 1838-1907) Ketches on a Blustery Day Signed "Th Weber" l. l. Oil on canvas, 13 1/4 x 21 3/4 in. (33.7 x 55.2 cm), framed. Condition: Retouch, craquelure, minor surface grime. Several areas of retouch to the sky, with the largest area measuring approx. 1/4 x 1/2 in. to the right of the tallest mast, craquelure, inscribed "...a Douvres (Dover)...Angleterre-" on the stretcher, restretched.
