Victor Vasarely (French/Hungarian, 1908-1997) Quami, 1969, edition of 125. Signed "Vasarely-" in pencil l.r., numbered "104/125" in pencil l.l., identified on a label from the Harkus Krakow Gallery, Boston, on the backing. Color screenprint on paper, image size 6 3/4 x 6 3/8 in. (17.0 x 16.0 cm), framed. Condition: Pale foxing (almost exclusively to lower margin), not examined out of frame. Provenance: Through the family of Eleanor Kanegis Levin, co-owner of Kanegis Gallery in Boston from 1953 to 1961, and the Retina Gallery in Cambridge from 1968 to 1971.
