George III Mahogany Bureau Bookcase, last quarter 18th century, dentil-molded cornice above a pair of glazed and mullioned doors, with three shelves to the interior and a pair of candle slides, slant-lid with fitted interior of drawers and pigeonholes, all above four long drawers, on bracket feet, ht. 84, wd. 38, dp. 23 in. Upper right back corner of cornice with small loss; one dentil missing; part of left mid case molding missing; shrinkage and minor fill to lid; case with age typical minor defects; good color and timber.
