Two English Silver Apostle Spoons, London, c. 1740s, one Elias Cachart, maker, terminal depicting St. Simon, the other with maker's mark IL, the saint with a bull's head, both with later bowls with presentation inscriptions, lg. 7 5/8 in., approx. 3 troy oz. bowls either replaced or reshaped, with presentation engraving dated 1897-1923 to back. marks partially obscured. overall age typical light wear to the terminals.
