Regency-style Painted and Parcel-gilt Walnut Circular Extension Dining Table, top inlaid with a radiating star and central flowerhead with brass stars mounted to the frieze; with four crescent-shaped leaves above a base with faceted standard, three addorsed dolphins and a rosette-carved concave plinth, on paw feet, ht. 29 1/2, dia. without leaves 48, with leaves 64 in. Top with minor scuffs and scratches and some clouding to finish where a hot platter likely rested; rubbing to paint on gadrooning to apron and scales to dolphins; age typical additional wear. Four C-shaped clips.
