Napoleon III Amboyna and Inlay Cordial Set, third quarter 19th century, demilune case with restrained marquetry inlay and ormolu trim, interior fitted with four small colorless decanters, and twelve cordial stems, the glass cut with ivy at shoulders, together with four small associated etched mother-of-pearl bottle tickets, decanter ht. 8 3/4, cordial stem ht. 3, case ht. 10, wd. 14 5/8, dp. approx. 8 1/2 in. case with two small spots of loss to veneer on either side. minor scuffing. one bottle stopper slightly sick, and with replaced stopper. two replaced stems. two stems lacking.
