Chippendale Cherrywood Slant-lid Desk, last quarter 18th century, of typical form with fitted interior of small drawers and pigeonholes; lower case with four drawers, on shaped bracket feet, ht. 42 1/2, wd. 36, dp. 19 1/2 in. Moderate to heavy worming throughout; top with exposed worm tunnels; color thin and with a refinish; base with possible replacements.
