George Arthur Hays (American, 1854-1945) Lot of Two Works: Under the Oak and Mt. Tobie Signed "G A Hays" l.l. and l.r., titled on labels on the paper backing. Watercolor and gouache on paper/board, sight size to 8 3/8 x 10 in. (21.3 x 25.4 cm), framed. Condition: One with small tear in l.r. corner, toning, not examined out of frames. Sticker on backing of Under the Oak reads, "Under the Oak/Natakancannt - Hike/Aug. 29, 1925" Sticker on backing of Mt. Tobie reads, "Mt. Tobie/No. 16/Aug. 13, 1923"
