Assembled Four-Piece Coin Silver Tea and Coffee Service, Jones, Lows & Ball, Boston, and Ball, Tompkins & Black, New York, early to mid-19th century, comprising baluster-form teapot, covered sugar bowl, and cream jug made by Jones, Lows & Ball, with bud finials, chased anthemion and acanthus leaf rim borders, supported on a round base, "Bigelow 1836" and "1841" inscribed on underside of base rim; accompanied by a coffeepot made by Ball, Tompkins & Black, with bud finial, chased anthemion rim and base borders, fluted lower body, monogrammed, all pieces except sugar bowl with maker's marks on base, (minor dents), ht. 6 1/4-12 in., approx. 67 troy oz. total.
