Marinko Benzon Tapestry (1920-1978) Wool Beograd, Yugoslavia, 1965 Abstract weaving in gray with tan ground, signed l. r., very minor loss, ht. 70, wd. 53 3/4 in. Note: Marinko Benzon is most noted for her paintings. Benzons tapestry was invited to be included in the Yugoslavian Tapestries traveling exhibition at the Smithsonian. Minor loss, mainly good condition for its age, not displayed in sunny area, dusty.
