George III Mahogany Serpentine-front Chest of Drawers, late 18th century, fitted with a brushing slide and four cockbeaded drawers, on French feet, ht. 33 1/4, wd. 33 1/2, dp. 20 in. Overall good condition. Excellent quality timber. Top with water ring to left side. Two lower drawers with shrinkage cracks that extend from left edge through each drawer pull. Both front feet original but with multiple cracks and minor losses to tips of toes. Sides without shrinkage and a patch to the apron. Good color.
