Six Royal Worcester Porcelain Figures, England, 19th century, modeled by James Hadley, each with gilt edging and enamel tinted faces, depicting a Hindu, model 838; Irishman, model 835; a Chinese, model 837; a Yankee, model 836; John Bull, model 851; and a Negro, model 840; impressed and printed marks, approx. ht. 7 in. Hindu: 1/4" surface chip. Irishman: very good throughout. Chinese: very good throughout. Yankee: two 3/16" chips to hat brim; 1 3/4" of back left corner to base broken off and poorly reglued. John Bull: very good throughout. Negro: slight chip to hat brim.
