Set of Two Edward VII Silver Compotes, Birmingham, 1906, makers' mark RM EH, the shallow bowl raised on three slender angular legs joined by a round base, ht. 6 and 5 1/4; sold together with a Georgian-style Elizabeth II salver, Sheffield, 1963, maker's mark EV, wd. 7 1/2 in., (3 items total), approx. 27 troy oz. total. smaller compote with break to one leg at medial circlet. taller compote with sllght compression halos showing at interior bowl at two of the handles.
