Whiting Aesthetic Movement Sterling Mug and an American Coin Silver Beaker, the first c. 1885, with acid-etched foliate designs in the Japanese manner and with a curved handle, the other c. 1810, with thread molded lip and foot, both monogrammed, ht. 3 and 3 3/8 in. respectively, approx. 8 troy oz. Whiting mug off-round; chipping to edge; large pin dent lower edge and foot edge with multiple dents. Beaker with minor dents, edge wear and obliterated touch mark.
