Marcin Gottlieb (Polish, 1867-1936) Old Man and Boy on a Winter Street. Signed and dated "M. Gottlieb/920" l.r. Oil on canvas, 21 5/8 x 27 in., framed. Condition: Patch reinforcement, abrasions, scattered small paint losses. The canvas is of a particularly open weave, with pinpoints of light visible through the canvas when held up to the light.
