Assembled Set of Ten Meissen Porcelain Plates, Germany, 19th century, each gilded and polychrome enamel decorated, raised border designs with leaves surrounding classical putti in landscapes, each center hand-painted with putti in varying poses, crossed swords marks, approx. dia. 9 in. One with 1/2" chip to footrim; one with footrim chips of 1/8 (2) and 1/4" and with another footrim abrasion; one with a 5/8" footrim chip; one with two 3/8" footrim chips. One with a 1/2" rim chip. All first quality marks.
