Platinum Open Face Pocket Watch, Cartier, the silver-tone metal dial with Arabic numeral indicators and subsidiary seconds dial, enclosing an 18-jewel manual wind movement, case no. 6262, 43.0 mm., dial signed. Selva Watch Co. movement. Some oxidation. Dial with some minor oxidation. Watch sets, does not wind, possibly overwound. Requires cleaning. "Halo" to crystal. Case with some minor scratches, a couple of light edge dings. Interior inscribed "To Samuel Becker/ From his associates on FCC telephone investigation in appreciation February 26 1937"
