Gothic Revival Carved Mahogany Great Chair, cresting topped by a fleur-de-lis, over openwork scrolls, pair of quatrefoils, and pointed arches, the uprights carved with husks, the straight arms ending in acanthus handholds, on acanthus uprights with front square section, husk carved legs and rear slightly backswept legs, joined by an H-stretcher, ht. 59 5/8, seat ht. 18 3/4, wd. to 27 3/4 in. Good with minor usage wear.
