Louis XVI-style Giltwood and Aubusson Tapestry Upholstered Window Bench, with slightly outscrolled arms, raised on fluted, circular section tapering legs, upholstered in fine tapestry woven with classical motifs of flower-filled urns, floral swags, and dolphin scrolls, ht. 30 1/2, lg. 66, wd. 18 in. the frame with minor chips; joints somewhat loose so the whole is a little wobbly. Tapestry dirty, with overall fading; thread breaks and losses, especially to the flowers and leaves at one arm, and to center of seat.
