Continental Walnut Renaissance Revival Tavern Table, late 19th century with some antique elements, rectangular top with geometric inlay around perimeter, frieze carved with scrolling vine and cherub masks, one side with two drawers, raised on trestle ends carved with romayne head scrolls, masks, and urns, with central stretcher mounted with three fluted and leaf-carved columns, ht. 31 1/4, lg. 63 3/4, dp. 36 1/2 in. Areas of rippling throughout top surface; some chipping to table-top corners; a 2 1/2" triangular piece broken off of gallery and an 8" crack to gallery; minor molding losses; heavy scuffing/wear about edges of feet and base.
