Two Plains Pictorial Hide Tipi Models and Two Hide Dolls, c. late 19th century, one tipi decorated with two red tipis and five mounted warriors, four wearing long trailer feather headdresses; the second tipi with several vignettes of personal combat, the participants wearing a variety of clothing styles, further decorated with beaded rosettes and tin cone danglers, with red trade cloth, the poles are a restoration; the male and female dolls with beaded faces; all are mounted in a large Plexiglas case, tipi approx. ht. 22 in.
