Yousuf Karsh (Canadian, 1908-2002) Arthur Fiedler, edition of 20 proofs. Unsigned, numbered "1-20" in ballpoint l.l. Polaroid print created from a digitized scan to create a color wheel print negative, sheet size 10 7/8 x 8 1/2 in. (27.5 x 21.4 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Minor handling ripples. Provenance: Given by Polaroid to the current owner (a former Polaroid technician involved in the creation of this printing process). N.B. This print was made with an experimental process developed by Dr. Edwin Land and used on a project with Karsh. The process was designed to create high-quality graphic art proofs for publication purposes.
