Nickolas Muray (American/Hungarian, 1892-1965) Lot of Five Images of a Nude Dancer, Probably Martha Lorber, 1925. Each signed "Muray" in ink on the mat l.r. and dated "1925" in ink on the mat l.l., each with artist's embossed stamp within the image. Toned silver prints on paper, sheet sizes 10 x 8 in. (25.4 x 20.3 cm), two framed, all matted. Condition: Minor stains to some images, one with rub ("retouched" with pencil), foxing and toning to mats. N.B. Martha Lorber was a dancer on Broadway from the late 1910s to the 1930s. She was in the Ziegfeld Follies of 1922, 1923, and 1924.
