Two Papier-mache Figural Squeak-toys, Germany, late 19th/early 20th century, one with a springer spaniel holding a game duck, the other a feathered owl figure perched on rockery, when bellows squeezed its eyes roll up, bill opens, and wing flaps, (imperfections), ht. 7, 6 in. spaniel-old glued repair where duck is attached to dog's mouth, bellows does not squeak; owl- feather losses, one wing does not flap, paint losses, loss of two toes on one foot, belllows does not squeak, one wooden foot on base replaced with plastic.
