After Henry Pierce Bone (English, 1779–1855) Enamel on Copper Portrait Miniature of Anne Boleyn After Holbein , oval format, in gilt-metal surround, the reverse inscribed "Anne Boleyn, London Nov. 1812, Painted by Henry Pierce Bone Enamel Painter," sight lg. 4 in., (edge losses). Note: An original version of this work by H.P. Bone was purchased by Queen Victoria c. 1843, and is still held in the Royal Collection. Three sizable edge chips; one at top right in three parts with one part missing; one lower right and one lower left.
