Bruce Crane (American, 1857-1937) The Vista Signed "BRUCE CRANE. NA" l.l. Oil on canvas, 28 x 36 in. (71.2 x 91.4 cm), in a period frame. Condition: Craquelure, surface grime. Several losses along right tacking edge, with the largest measuring approx. 1/2 x 1/4 in.; naturally occurring pigment fluorescence to orange paint in the u.r. quadrant and yellow paint in the u.l. quadrant; moderate but stable craquelure and circular cracking throughout.
