Titled, dated, and signed "The Old Witch Hazel Mills...July 14, 1938/James Goodwin McManus" in ink on the reverse. Oil on board, 12 x 16 in. (30.3 x 40.5 cm), framed. Condition: Surface grime. Fragmentary label thumb-tacked to the frame. Also inscribed "TIFFANY FARM/LYME CT" and "James Goodwin McManus" on the reverse, and "James Goodwin McManus/Lyme, Ct' on the frame.
