Pewter Chalice and Whale Oil Lamp, America, first half 19th century, tulip-form chalice worked by Israel Trask, Beverly, Massachusetts, impressed maker's mark "I. TRASK" on base; truncated cone-shaped lamp by Smith & Co., Albany, New York, impressed maker's mark on base, ht. 5 1/8, 6 3/8 in. Both in good condition with very little wear, the goblet has a subtle dent on the rim, a little area of pitting on the bowl, maker's mark is Jacobs # 262; lamp has very minor unobtrusive dents and pitting.
