Irish Paste- and Gem-set Silver-gilt Chalice, Dublin, c. 1959, lacking Hibernia mark, the chalice with flattened knop over domed foot, with numerous bands of Celtic-style ornamentation, set with a number of colored pastes and gemstones throughout, the stem, knop, and foot with hammered gilt finish, engraved to the base "In memory of The O'Callaghan Family, Inchemay, Co. Cork, Ireland," followed by the names of numerous family members, ht. 8 3/4 in., approx. 27.9 troy oz.
