German Porcelain Vase with Hand-painted Scene of Bedouins, late 19th century, baluster form, neck and foot with gilt-decorated maroon lustre ground, shoulders with turquoise "jewels," image signed "WAGNER," bottom with overglaze red title Auf der Lauer , crown and C. D. monogram factory mark, and marked Germany, ht. 12 3/8 in. Very good condition. Very minor scattered loss to enamel. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
